Warranty Policy
At Xyros, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every Xyros bag is covered by a limited warranty of 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase, applicable to the original purchaser.
This warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended usage conditions.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a covered issue within the warranty period, Xyros may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms outlined below.
What This Warranty Covers
The warranty applies when:
- The defect results from manufacturing or material failure
- The product has been used under normal conditions
- The bag has been used for its intended purpose
Normal Wear & Tear
Bags used in everyday conditions may naturally develop signs of usage such as:
- Surface scratches, scuffs or fading
- Fabric creasing or abrasion
- Zipper, puller or wheel wear
- Minor cosmetic changes
Such conditions are considered normal wear & tear and are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited and does not cover the following:
- Failure to Report Within Warranty Period:
Claims raised after the warranty expiration date. - Damage from Improper Use or Handling:
Including overloading, accidents, rough handling, drops, pressure damage or misuse. - Environmental & External Factors:
Exposure to moisture, liquids, extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents or natural elements. - Transit / Third-Party Handling Damage:
Damage occurring during airline, courier, or transport handling. - Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations:
Products modified or repaired by non-authorized service providers. - Cosmetic & Aesthetic Changes:
Natural aging of materials, decorative elements, trims, coatings or finishes. - Accessories & Non-Structural Components:
Detachable parts, inner linings, dividers, locks, pullers and similar elements. - Indirect or Consequential Losses:
Loss of use, inconvenience, delays, or commercial damages.
Conditions for Warranty Service
To request warranty service, customers must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill)
- Clear images or video of the issue
- Date of purchase
- Complete contact and delivery details
Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
Product Evaluation & Resolution:
All warranty requests are subject to inspection and approval by Xyros.
Depending on the nature of the defect:
- Repair may be offered where feasible
- Replacement may be provided if required
- Equivalent alternatives may be suggested for discontinued models
- Design, color, and specifications may vary based on availability.
Logistics & Associated Costs:
- Customers may be required to send the product for evaluation
- Safe packaging and shipping responsibility rests with the customer
- Applicable logistics or handling charges may apply
Warranty service does not automatically include doorstep pickup.
