Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refused or returned orders will be refunded with a ₹200 shipping fee deducted.
At Xyros Bags, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Xyros Bags reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors or verification issues. In such situations, any payment received will be refunded.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased during special promotions, clearance, or limited-time offers
- Items showing signs of usage or damage caused after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Any category specifically marked non-returnable will be excluded.
Return Verification & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after approval
- Products failing inspection may be rejected
Refused / Undelivered Orders
If an order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Returned due to incorrect address or failed acceptance
A standard shipping & handling deduction may be applied to the refund.
Return Shipping
Where reverse pickup is available:
- Our logistics partners will attempt pickup as per serviceability
- If pickup is unavailable for a particular location:
- Customers may be required to self-ship the product
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed after successful return verification.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping or convenience charges are non-refundable
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer
Refund processing timelines typically range between 7–10 working days after approval.
Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items
For claims related to damaged or missing products:
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video and images may be required for validation
Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for resolution.
Exchange Policy
Currently, direct exchanges are not supported. Customers may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

- Approve or decline return / refund requests
- Apply deductions where applicable
- Modify this policy without prior notice
